- 8 cups rice square cereal (like Chex)
- 1 lb vanilla bark
- 3 oz cheesecake pudding mix
- 3 oz cherry gelatin mix
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 3 tbsp powdered sugar
- red and pink sprinkles (optional for decoration)
Instructions
- Line a large baking sheet with foil to prevent sticking.
- In a large zip-top bag, combine the cheesecake pudding mix, cherry gelatin, powdered sugar, and optional sprinkles. Shake gently.
- Pour the rice square cereal into a large mixing bowl.
- Heat the vanilla bark in its tray for one minute. Stir well, then heat for another minute until smooth.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over the cereal and stir until evenly coated.
- Transfer the chocolate-coated cereal into the bag with the powdered sugar mixture, seal, and shake until coated.
- Spread the mixture onto the foil-lined baking sheet and let set.
- Once set, store in a covered container for up to two weeks.
