Description

A delicious and low-carb alternative to traditional pizza crust made with ground chicken.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken (preferably lean)
  • 1 large egg (beaten)
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, beaten egg, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined.
  4. Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, shaping it into a round crust about 1/4 inch thick.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
