A delicious and low-carb alternative to traditional pizza crust made with ground chicken.

- 1 lb ground chicken (preferably lean)
- 1 large egg (beaten)
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, beaten egg, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined.
- Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, shaping it into a round crust about 1/4 inch thick.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
- Remove the crust from the oven and add your favorite pizza toppings.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Slice and serve hot.
