Instructions
- Classic Cookie Dough: In a bowl, mix butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until creamy. Add vanilla extract and milk, and mix well. Gradually add flour and salt, mixing until combined. Set aside.
- Chocolate Cookie Dough: In another bowl, mix butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until creamy. Stir in cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and milk. Gradually add flour and salt, and mix until fully incorporated. Set aside.
- Strawberry Cookie Dough: In a third bowl, mix butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until creamy. Add strawberry extract, milk, and a few drops of food coloring. Gradually add flour and salt, mixing until combined. Adjust food coloring as needed for desired color. Set aside.
- Combining Flavors: Take a small scoop (about a tablespoon) from each dough flavor. Press the three flavors together to form a single ball. Repeat until all dough is used.
- Chill: Place the dough bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
Notes
- For extra flavor, mix in chocolate chips, sprinkles, or nuts into the doughs before combining.
- Ensure butter is softened, not melted, for better texture.
- These bites are edible raw, made without eggs for safe snacking.
