- 12 small cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp chopped chives (for garnish)
Instructions
- Boil the Eggs:
- Place the eggs in a pot and cover them with cold water.
- Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
- Once boiling, remove from heat and let the eggs sit in hot water for about 10-12 minutes.
- Transfer the eggs to an ice bath to cool.
- Prepare the Filling:
- Peel the cooled eggs and carefully cut them in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl.
- Mash the yolks with a fork and add mayonnaise, mustard, hot sauce, lemon juice, and paprika.
- Mix until smooth and season with salt and black pepper.
- Assemble the Deviled Eggs:
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
- Top with Shrimp:
- Place a cooked shrimp on top of each filled egg half.
- Garnish:
- Sprinkle each deviled egg with paprika and chopped chives for added flavor and color.
