- 1 pound green beans
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Rinse and trim the ends of the green beans.
- Mince the garlic cloves.
- In a bowl, toss the green beans with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the green beans in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 15–20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until beans are tender and lightly charred.
- Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle with Parmesan and drizzle with lemon juice.
- Toss gently to coat and serve hot.
