Description
A refreshing Jalapeño Watermelon Margarita perfect for hot days.
Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh watermelon, cubed
- 1 jalapeño, sliced
- 2 oz tequila
- 1 oz triple sec
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 1 tbsp agave syrup
- Ice cubes
- Salt or Tajín for rim
- Lime wedges for garnish
- Watermelon slices for garnish
Instructions
- Rub a lime wedge around the rim of a glass and dip it into salt or Tajín.
- In a blender, blend the watermelon cubes until smooth.
- Strain the watermelon juice into a shaker to remove pulp.
- Add sliced jalapeños, tequila, triple sec, lime juice, agave syrup, and ice to the shaker.
- Shake well for about 15 seconds.
- Strain into the prepared glass over fresh ice.
- Garnish with a lime wedge and a small watermelon slice.
