- 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 1 cup heavy cream (cold)
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp pumpkin spice
Instructions
- Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in short bursts until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip cold heavy cream with an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
- In another mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, melted white chocolate, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin spice.
- Gently fold half of the whipped cream into the pumpkin mixture until blended, then fold in the remaining whipped cream until no streaks remain.
- Transfer to serving cups and refrigerate for at least two hours to set.
- Serve chilled with a garnish of whipped cream or cinnamon sprinkle.
Notes
