Description

This delicious pumpkin white chocolate mousse is a perfect fall dessert, combining rich flavors with a light texture.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup heavy cream (cold)
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice

Instructions

  1. Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in short bursts until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip cold heavy cream with an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
  3. In another mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, melted white chocolate, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin spice.
  4. Gently fold half of the whipped cream into the pumpkin mixture until blended, then fold in the remaining whipped cream until no streaks remain.
  5. Transfer to serving cups and refrigerate for at least two hours to set.
