Description
A delicious and creamy dip made with shredded chicken, jalapenos, and cheese.
Ingredients

- 3 cups cooked, shredded boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 fresh jalapenos, finely chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- to taste salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Bake on a parchment-lined tray for 25–30 minutes until cooked through.
- Shred the chicken using two forks once cooled slightly.
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Fold in the shredded chicken, jalapenos, cheddar cheese, and green onions.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Serve with tortilla chips or fresh vegetables.
- Can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
