- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the Brussels sprouts in the honey-garlic mixture until well coated.
- Spread the sprouts on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve immediately, drizzling with any leftover glaze.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of red pepper flakes before roasting.
