- 2 cups biscuit mix
- 1 cup whole milk

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the sausage until fully cooked. Set aside.
- In a bowl, combine biscuit mix and milk until just mixed.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, cheddar cheese, and green onions until combined.
- Fold the cooked sausage into the egg mixture.
- Pour the biscuit batter into a greased baking dish and gently add the sausage and egg mixture on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
