- 1 box (15 oz) yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a bowl, toss the blueberries with granulated sugar until coated.
- In another bowl, mix the yellow cake mix, melted butter, and water until smooth.
- Pour half of the batter into the baking dish, layer the blueberries on top, then pour the remaining batter over without stirring.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Allow cooling for 10 minutes before serving; enjoy warm with ice cream if desired.
