Ingredients

Scale
  • ⅓ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • ¼ cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 23 tablespoons water
  • 3 tablespoons honey (or brown sugar)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger (grated or minced)

  • ½ tablespoon gluten-free flour (or corn starch)

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a small pot or saucepan and stir until the flour has been mixed in.
  2. Bring the sauce to a boil on the stovetop before lowering it to a gentle simmer, stirring throughout.
  3. Simmer the teriyaki sauce until the sauce has reached your desired thickness.
  4. Use immediately or cool and store in a lidded jar in the fridge.

Notes
