- 1 teaspoon mint leaves (chopped)
Instructions
- Wash and prepare all the fruits as indicated in the ingredients list.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the green grapes, kiwi, green apple, honeydew melon, and avocado.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, honey, and chopped mint leaves.
- Pour the dressing over the fruit mixture and gently toss to combine.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For added sweetness, adjust the amount of honey to your preference.
- This salad can be made a few hours in advance for easy serving.
