Description

Delicious and creamy chocolate fudgesicles made with Greek yogurt, perfect for a hot day!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup (can sub. with honey or agave syrup)
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add all fudgesicle ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and well-combined. There should be no clumps of yogurt or cocoa powder.
  3. Pour chocolate mixture evenly into freezer-safe popsicle molds and freeze for a minimum of 4 hours.
  4. If necessary, run molds under hot water to remove chocolate popsicles, then enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra creaminess, use whole milk.
  • These fudgesicles are a great alternative to store-bought treats.
