Description
Delicious and creamy chocolate fudgesicles made with Greek yogurt, perfect for a hot day!
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup (can sub. with honey or agave syrup)
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt (optional)
Instructions
- Add all fudgesicle ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and well-combined. There should be no clumps of yogurt or cocoa powder.
- Pour chocolate mixture evenly into freezer-safe popsicle molds and freeze for a minimum of 4 hours.
- If necessary, run molds under hot water to remove chocolate popsicles, then enjoy!
Notes
- For extra creaminess, use whole milk.
- These fudgesicles are a great alternative to store-bought treats.
