Description

A delicious and easy meatloaf recipe made with ground beef and a blend of flavorful ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef (80/20)
  • 1/2 cup corn meal
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 3 tbsp gluten-free Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp ranch seasoning
  • 2 tbsp chopped pepperoncini
  • 1 whole egg
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 whole pepperoncini

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Lightly grease an 8-inch cake pan and set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, corn meal, chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, ranch seasoning, chopped pepperoncini, and egg.
  4. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
  5. Shape into a meatloaf and place in the cake pan.
  6. Top the meatloaf with the sliced butter and whole pepperoncini.
  7. Bake at 350°F or until the internal temperature reaches at least 165°F.
  8. Let the meatloaf rest for 5 minutes before serving.
