- 1 cup milk (or milk alternative)
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup pitted cherries (fresh or frozen)
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine rolled oats and chia seeds.
- Stir in milk and Greek yogurt until well mixed.
- Add honey or maple syrup to taste.
- Gently fold in the cherries.
- Transfer the mixture into jars or containers with lids and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, stir well before serving and add extra toppings if desired.
