Ingredients
Scale

- 1 oz taco seasoning
- 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes and green chiles, undrained

- Mix in the taco seasoning and the undrained can of diced tomatoes with green chiles. Stir and simmer for 5 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, blend shredded cheese and ranch dressing. Fold in the taco mixture until well coated.
- Spoon the filling into the frozen phyllo tart shells, distributing evenly.
- Place the filled shells on a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes if thawed, or 10-13 minutes if frozen.
Notes
- Opt for aged cheddar or a Mexican blend for the cheese.
- For an extra kick, use chipotle ranch dressing.
