Description
A hearty and flavorful chicken chili made in the crockpot with beans and vegetables.
Ingredients

- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 medium carrots, diced
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 1/4 white onion, diced
- 15 oz can black beans
- 15 oz can diced tomatoes
- 15 oz can dark kidney beans
- 15 oz can pinto beans
- 15 oz can white beans
- 1 package mild chili seasoning mix
Instructions
- Place chicken in the crock pot.
- Cover with carrots, celery, and onion.
- Add cans of beans and tomatoes DO NOT DRAIN.
- Add chili seasoning and mix together.
- Cook on High for 4 hours or low for 6-8 (until chicken is cooked).
- Remove chicken and shred or chop.
- Put chicken back into crockpot to serve.

- Serve with your favorite toppings like cheese, sour cream, or avocado.
