Ingredients

- 1 pound kale, ribs removed and chopped
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add chopped kale and cook, stirring frequently, until wilted, about 5 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce coats the kale.
- Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice and stir to combine.
- Remove from heat and serve immediately.
