Description

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 pound kale, ribs removed and chopped
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add chopped kale and cook, stirring frequently, until wilted, about 5 minutes.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce coats the kale.
  6. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice and stir to combine.
  7. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
