- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup milk
- 2 cups green buttercream frosting
- Candy decorations (M&Ms, mini marshmallows)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- In a mixing bowl, cream the softened butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with milk until just combined.
- Fill each liner about 2/3 full and bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely on a wire rack.
- Frost each cupcake with green buttercream using a piping bag and decorate with candies.
Notes
