Description

A delicious layered dessert featuring rich chocolate cake, creamy chocolate pudding, fresh raspberries, and whipped cream.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 2 cups chocolate cake, cubed
  • 1 package (3 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • ¼ cup dark chocolate shavings

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chocolate pudding by whisking together the pudding mix and milk in a bowl until smooth. Refrigerate for about 5 minutes until set.
  2. In glass cups or jars, layer the bottom with cubed chocolate cake.
  3. Spoon a layer of chocolate pudding over the cake cubes.
  4. Add a generous layer of fresh raspberries on top of the pudding.
  5. Top each glass with whipped cream and sprinkle dark chocolate shavings.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
