- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 2 cups chocolate cake, cubed
- 1 package (3 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup whipped cream
- ¼ cup dark chocolate shavings
Instructions
- Prepare the chocolate pudding by whisking together the pudding mix and milk in a bowl until smooth. Refrigerate for about 5 minutes until set.
- In glass cups or jars, layer the bottom with cubed chocolate cake.
- Spoon a layer of chocolate pudding over the cake cubes.
- Add a generous layer of fresh raspberries on top of the pudding.
- Top each glass with whipped cream and sprinkle dark chocolate shavings.
- Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
