Description

This delicious chocolate peanut butter cake is the perfect dessert for chocolate and peanut butter lovers.


Ingredients

  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3 ½ cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1 cup peanut butter chips
  • 1 cup shredded coconut (optional)
  • 1 cup chopped pecans (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13 baking dish.
  3. Prepare chocolate cake mix as directed and pour batter into the prepared dish.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat softened cream cheese, peanut butter, and melted butter until smooth.
  5. Add powdered sugar, mixing until creamy and thick.
  6. Drop dollops of peanut butter mixture over the cake batter and swirl slightly.
  7. Sprinkle chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, coconut, and pecans on top.
  8. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly gooey.
