Instructions
- Preheat Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly grease a baking sheet with olive oil.
- Cook Sausage:
- In a skillet, cook the ground sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat and set aside.
- Mix Ingredients:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked sausage, stuffing mix, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and chicken broth.
- Add in the garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and chopped parsley.
- Form Balls:
- Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
- Using your hands, form the mixture into 1-inch balls, pressing firmly to compact.
- Bake:
- Place the sausage balls on the prepared baking sheet about an inch apart.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
