Instructions
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and pat dry.
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and brown sugar. Marinate chicken for at least 30 minutes.
- Coat marinated chicken in cornstarch and shake off excess.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and fry chicken until golden brown (about 5 minutes per side).

- Drain excess oil from the skillet, add sauce mixture, and toss chicken until fully coated (2-3 minutes).
