Ingredients

- 1 block feta cheese
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 10 ounces pasta
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the feta cheese in the center of a baking dish and surround it with cherry tomatoes.
- Drizzle olive oil over the top, then sprinkle with garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until the tomatoes burst and the feta is soft.
- Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package instructions and reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water.
- Mash the baked feta and tomatoes together, adding the reserved pasta water for a creamy consistency.
- Toss the pasta with the feta mixture and garnish with fresh basil.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
